Girls at Combe Bank are encouraged to enter for the Archbishops’ Preliminary Certificate in Church Music. In 2010 three of our students obtained their Archbishops' Awards in Church Music and a further candidate passed in 2011, together with six girls who passed the Archbishops' Preliminary Certificate in Church Music in 2011. They were honoured to receive their awards from Dr Rowan Williams, Archbishop of Canterbury, at the Queen's Chapel, St James's Palace, in January 2012.
